November 7 - Wrap-up session, with guests from the local indigenous community.

The Affirm Committee will be hosting its fifth annual Affirm Sunday service on October 21st. We hope you will attend and show your commitment to our Affirming Ministry.

Get a start on the Christmas season and come for some socializing! UCW will be hosting a Christmas Bake Sale and Crafts on Saturday, November 3 from 1:00 – 3:30 pm. There will be baking, crafts and knitted clothing and a book sale. Any donations of baking and/or volunteering your assistance are greatly appreciated.

Please also join us for coffee/tea and pie for $5, plus cookies and juice for the children.

Donations of books can be brought to the back of the Sanctuary, from October 29-31. Get your reading here, your goodies at the bake sale, and you’re all set for winter!

We hope you can join us for a tour of the Community Village and Food Bank with a view to learning about volunteer opportunities for those attending.

There will be a signup sheet in chuch Oct 14 so that we have some idea of numbers.
